Those of you that are even vaguely familiar with online Craps know that there are a few different available bets in Craps. This list can often make it a bit confusing and intimidating for new players, as it can be difficult to determine where to start. Fortunately, we're here to help! What follows is a guide to all of the Craps bets and odds to help simplify the Craps learning process.
If you're new to online Craps, this is the best place to start. The Pass Line Bet is the only bet that you'll need to concern yourself with until you get used to the game, as it's a bet that nearly every player takes advantage of. You can easily get through a game of online Craps by just betting on the Pass Line.
This bet is placed on the Pass Line section of the Craps table and is based on the result of the come out roll.
If a point is established, the shooter will continue to roll the dice until he/she either rolls the point a second time or a 7.

This is also known as 'Taking the Odds' and is an additional bet that you can put down on the Pass Line after the point has been established. Simply put, you're betting on the point being rolled a second time before a 7 is rolled.
The payout of this bet depends on the point. The table below outlines the payout of each number (keep in mind that each online casino may offer different odds and the following is only a guide).
| NUMBER | PAYOUT |
| 4 | 2:1 |
| 5 | 3:2 |
| 6 | 6:5 |
| 8 | 6:5 |
| 9 | 3:2 |
| 10 | 2:1 |
This is basically the opposite of the Pass Line Bet because you're betting against the shooter. In other words, you're betting that the come out roll will be a 2 or 3. Or, if the point is established, that a 7 will be rolled before the point.
A 12 is considered a tie in this case and your money will be returned. Otherwise, the table below outlines the payout for this bet.
This is an additional bet that you can put down on the Don't Pass Line. It's the opposite of Taking the Odds and can only be put down once the point is established. You're betting on a 7 being rolled before the point.
| NUMBER | PAYOUT |
| 4 | 1:2 |
| 5 | 2:3 |
| 6 | 5:6 |
| 8 | 5:6 |
| 9 | 2:3 |
| 10 | 1:2 |
This bet is very similar to the Pass Line bet, but it's put down only after the point has been established. Once placed, the next roll becomes the come out roll for your bet and one of the following will happen:
If neither of the above happens, a new point is established for your bet. Your chips will then move to the Come Box for that number (eg if the point is a 6, your bet will be placed in the six box above the Come section). You're then betting on the point being rolled before the 7.
If a 7 is rolled before the point, you lose.
| NUMBER | PAYOUT |
| 4 | 2:1 |
| 5 | 3:2 |
| 6 | 6:5 |
| 8 | 6:5 |
| 9 | 3:2 |
| 10 | 2:1 |
This is another bet that's sometimes referred to as Taking the Odds. It can only be put down once the point has been established and is betting on the point being rolled before a 7. If the 7 is rolled first, you lose your money.
This is pretty similar to the Don't Pass bet, but it's placed after the point has been established. Once you've put down your wager, the next roll becomes the come out roll for your wager. Then, one of the following will happen:
If none of the above is rolled, a new point for your bet is established. In this case, one of the following will happen.
| NUMBER | PAYOUT |
| 4 | 1:2 |
| 5 | 2:3 |
| 6 | 5:6 |
| 8 | 5:6 |
| 9 | 2:3 |
| 10 | 1:2 |
This is a bet placed on the next number being a 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12. The payouts are dependant on the number and are outlined in the table below.
| NUMBER | PAYOUT |
| 2 | 2:1 |
| 3 | 1:1 |
| 4 | 1:1 |
| 9 | 1:1 |
| 10 | 1:1 |
| 11 | 1:1 |
| 12 | 2:1 or 3:1 depending on the rules |
Place Bets are bets placed on a specific point number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10) being rolled before a 7. If you put down a Place Bet on a specific number and that number is rolled, you will be paid out according to the table below.
These are different bets that can be placed before any throw.
